In 1984 graduated from Lviv Polytechnic Institute, Radio Engineering Faculty, specialty - radio engineering. He worked at the Student Design Bureau of the Institute. The project - "Spatial orientation of the artificial satellite of the earth (SDA) for three coordinates".

The Master of Sports of the USSR in specialization - the struggle: judo, sambo.

From 1984 to 1987 he worked as a senior engineer in the Ternopil branch of the Voronezh Research Radiocommunication Bureau (now the Radio Engineering Design Bureau of STRILA). Project - "High-frequency blocks and electromagnet-compatible power systems for radio stations of KH and VHF bands".

From 1987 to 2002 - art. engineer, chief of department, chief designer at the State Research Enterprise "PROMIN". Projects - "Development of antenna systems for satellite communications, monitoring, directional and geo-acoustic waveguide devices of ultrahigh frequencies".

Head of projects on the creation, measurement, commissioning of land and satellite communication and monitoring systems (Ukraine, Russia, Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, Turkmenistan).

Together with the National Space Agency of Ukraine (NSAU), the project's leadership in creating the first ground station in Ukraine to receive high-speed information flows from low-flying satellites of remote sensing of the Earth (RSZ).

From 2002 till 2005 - Director of the State Scientific and Technical Enterprise "PROMIN-ANTENI". Areas of work - satellite terrestrial antenna systems, microwave technology, alternative energy sources.

International co-operative with Russia, Austria, corporation Kortchaus LTD (includes enterprises of Germany, Sweden, Czech Republic), Poland, Belarus, Italy, Vietnam, Iran, India, Ukrainian enterprises (NSAU, CB "Pivdenne", Ukrnafta, Ukrzaliznytsya, NDKI "RADMIR", Kharkiv, plant "SATURN", Kyiv, etc.).

Since 2005 - Art. teacher of the department of radio engineering systems.

Teaches the following disciplines: "Satellite communication systems", "Communication systems with moving objects" "Information protection", "Microwave and antenna devices", "Electromagnetic compatibility and noise immunity of REA", "Broadband radio communication".

In 2008, he founded and headed the Research Institute of Advanced Technologies at the Ternopil National Technical University. Ivan Puluj. Areas of work: information and telecommunication technologies, alternative energetics, energy audit. Cooperation with enterprises and scientific institutions of Vietnam, India, Lithuania, Germany, China, Ukraine.

In 2011, the Scientific Park "Innovative - Investment Clusters of Ternopil" was created and headed by the following activities: energy saving alternative sources of energy, information and telecommunication technologies, smart city technology, environmental monitoring, earth remote sensing systems, satellite and terrestrial antenna communication systems, monitoring, direction finding.

There are more than 65 publications, 28 works of educational and methodical nature. Participated in the work of more than 45 scientific conferences, seminars, round tables, including 28 international ones.

Member of the Commission of the Ternopil Regional Administration for selection of projects, development and support of the Strategy for the development of the Ternopil region, programs of socio-economic development of the Ternopil region.
